The Art of Health (Anthroposophical Studies)

Based on three seminars each spanning 8 days, this programme has been well designed to make it possible for anyone to attend. Exploring artistic processes and Anthroposophical ideas, this interactive and hands-on programme offers a reflective understanding of the healthy human being.

This programme is based on Anthroposophical Medical, Therapeutic, and Artistic work, which leads to a reaffirming of our humanity. It’s purpose is to provide a foundation that supports soul balance and inner wakefulness in the individual participant’s personal-development, and professional development in their work in the various fields of health, therapy, education or the visual arts.

This programme does not require any previous knowledge or ability in art. Through guided processes the Art of Health strives to awaken and enliven learning and artistic capacities.

“As we look to the world of the twenty-first century and the demands that life makes upon us, it is little wonder that our senses are assaulted and brought into disharmony.  Is there anything that can be done to bring a compensating healing influence into our battered sensory organization? Yes, there is: there is art. More than anything else, art heals our senses and keeps them healthy.”
